1. Go to www.cambridgesoft.com and login to the page.
2. Click the following link (or copy it and paste it onto your browser): http://sitelicense.cambridgesoft.com/sitelicense_gallery.cfm?t=ALL
3. Look for your institution on the list and there will be two links.
4. The first link will allow you to download version 16 and when you do that a new serial number will be sent to you via email.
5. The second link that you will find will allow you to register to a new download portal for version 17. The credentials are not the as on the previous page. You need to register first and a link will be sent to you to setup your password.
6. Once you access the flexnetoperations portal to download version 17 just go to the Order History option on the left side and you will find there an activation code and the download link for the installer.
